Charts not showing for MB Trading

Hello,

I have just installed the 6.5 version of NT and have successfully linked it to the MB demo for forex. The Navigator comes on when I log in, rates are streaming and I can actually make trades but for some reason the charts are blank and will not show any data. There was a previous post from someone with the same problem who changed his connection settings to the forex demo connection and it worked. I have checked my settings and am running the MB forex connection. So I am at a loss as what I should do next. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the quick reply. I read the link and it makes sense. So essentially I have to Keep my computer on 24/7 to collect the intraday data. And what happens if I turn of NT? Does it lose the data or keep it stored?

You're welcome to store collected realtime data, please ensure this is checked under Tools > Options > Data. Thanks.
