Question on trailing stops

I jus want to confirm I did this right. If I want to go to BE after 8 tick, I can just put 8 tick in profit BE. Then after 12 ticks I want my stop to be plus 8 ticks so I set it for 12 in profit trigger, 4 in stop loss, and 4 in frequency correct?The final target would be 16 ticks. It's the frequecy that is really confusing. I don't want it to move until it reaches 4 more ticks so frequency would be 4 correct? TIA

Frequency by definitionsets the value of how frequent the stop loss order is adjusted.
