Changing license between broker technology

How can I change my license key to another broker?

I purchased NT to TT broker because my problem with ZF, then I had problems with real time volume data. I tried to solve both, but only ZF did.

That is why I need to change my license, who can I contact to do? how many time to get my new license? if you send a new license, do the older works until my bank account change?
