how can I enable "strategies" option? do I need to pay extra?

make sure you don't have chart trader enabled on that chart

And you are connected to your Data provider.

thanks. after I closed the chart trader, it is enabled. but how can I select an account to attach to this strategy? I want to attach the sim01 account to demo trade it first.

This can be selected if you startup the strategy -

If you're in 'Global Simulation Mode' this will be defaulted to be the Sim101 account.
