IB continuous "Saving"

I use Interactive Brokers for Futures.. I have deleted and reinstalled Ninja maybe 20 times because eventually I always get stuck on the "saving" screen. Even if I just request 1 simple instrument for the day a couple days of data many times it just gets stuck here.. I really want to use this software.

Is there a quick easy answer to this?

Thank you for your post.

Please rename your database. With this procedure you will need to recreate any ATM Strategies you have built.

To rename the DB:

• Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
• Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> DB--> NinjaTrader.MDB.
• Right click on NinjaTrader.MDB and select "Rename."
• Name it "OldNinjaTrader.MDB."
• Then restart the software.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

On second thought.. Do I have to create a new database everytime I change a symbol? Is this IB? Me? I changed the database name to old then pulled up 2 days of 1 minutes zb data. Switch to a 2 minute and then it went into saving mode again.. Oh well...
