Hand Cursor

Hello Support,

I am wondering under what circumstances, the cross hair become Hand cursor, and how do I get back to crosshair. Can it be disabled altogether ?
I have experienced it many times, and would like to be able to control this transition.

Hello Edward,

Thank you for the post.

The cursor will become a hand on a chart when you left click and move the x axis left or right. To prevent this simply do not left click and move the mouse simultaneously left or right. Please see the following link for more information.

Thanks for the Answer. I tried it they are ok. I can get my cross hair back.
My question pertain to certain circumstances, when the hand cursor remain there, without me clicking anything.

Hi Edward,

I can't reproduce this on my end. You can always hit the 'Esc' key to get the cursor back.

Hello Ryan,

It seems ESC key does not do the trick. The Hand cursor remain there, while just moving mouse not clicking any mouse button. This has been bugging me. I have a few charts, when that happen, other chart are still working showing cross hair cursor.

Please help.

What is likely occurring is that while you are scrolling the PC requires too much CPU usage. Can you please see the following link for reducing your PC's resource requests.
