Chart Time not matching Market time

Is there a way to make the chart time, match the market time (Eastern Time Zone) without changing computer time? I don't live in Eastern time zone, my charts are matching my computer time in Moutain Zone.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately NinjaTrader builds bars based on your local PC clock and cannot be changed without changing the time zone your PC clock is set.
