Forex market replay

Hi, new ninja trader user here who heard that NT has the capability of playing back tick-by-tick market replay data??

I Have watched the support video regarding how to use market replay and have run around the internet for the last couple of hours (to no avail) but would like to know, from someone who does this regularly, what is the best way going about getting free tick-by-tick historical data.


I know of these two links....but what would i do next???

Ben has accurately stated the format required for historical data unfortunately this is not the format required for Ninja Tick replay feature.
Tick replay does not replay standard historical data files it uses data stored in files ending in .NTM extension and this data must be generated by you.
You do this by recording the market data with Ninja during the live market sessions. It then stores this data in this location. ...\Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\db\data
