HELP! Bad Oerder and Live Right Now

I do not know what happened, I am trading off of chart trader as normal and for some reason when I went to enter my trade for PRU it placed me a trade for TF-03

Now I have a pending trade that I cannot cancle for TF-03 which I NEVER even trade How the heckk to I cancell this pending trade/ It will not let me....

PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for your post.

First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker to manage the position.

Once you have closed the position with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.

To repair your database please go to Tools--> Options--> Misc--> and click Repair DB.

If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.


If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.

To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset

Thanks But...

I am in 2 live trades right now and have this pending trade which I never should have been in.... I was chart trading PRU off the chart, when to enter my trade for PRU as usual and it put me into this PENDING TF-03 trade which I cannot get rid of....

I am live in to of my normal trades right now and just want this pending one to go away,......

Why did this happen?

Please go to the Orders tab of the Control Center and try to cancel the pending order there.

After this please forward me your trace and log file to look into where the order came from.

You can send your trace and log files by going to the Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support and please put Attn: Chris in the Subject line.

I have tries to canel it, it will not cancel....

Can I send the log files while live trading? How do I do it.. The only difference for today is that I was trying to trade off barchart data instead of IB....

Email failed

The email failed because of some connection on your end... I need help here... IB says they see no pending orders at all in my account....

Please email them to me using an outside email account.

Trace file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.20090774.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.20090717.txt

Within the Orders tab is the pending order showing for a Sim account or your live account?
