How to minimize data load in MA everytime?

I have compiled a list of NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, ETF's

NASDAQ has around 2400 stocks and when loaded in MA it does take almost 10 mins to load High, Low, Close, Volume data for each stock. If I have custom indicators which I use as scans/filters then it would take even more time. If for any reason I change anything in those columns by adding more columns or modifying the indicator then the entire load happens again. It seems to be working fine but the time it takes is very annoying and frustrating. I have used this with ameritrade as well as yahoo.

Is there a better way of doing this?

Also if data for particular symbol is not found then how can I suppress the error dialog box that pops up for those symbols!!!

Hello isitpossible,

Perhaps you could use multiple Market Analyzer windows that each hold part of the total of 2400 stocks. Note that it is as expected when loading data for that many instruments.

Unfortunately it is not supported to disable these windows.
