New User Connection Issue
New user here. My broker is MB Trading and I have their Navigator open and running. I set up my data feed earlier in Ninjatrader. When I go to File/connect to connect, I get an message saying:" MBT Navigator login failed, please check username/password. I double-checked everything twice. How can this be if I have Navigator open using my username/password and it's running? Thanks!Tags: None

Hmm. I tried connecting to "External data feed", got a confirmation tone and a green box in the left-hand corner says "Connected-External. Now when I try to bring up a chart, it's a blank screen. Challenges, challenges..

Ok, I am connected! I enabled "Connect to MB Trading " in the account connection set-up. Still no data on charts. Read a post where an e-signal user had the same problem an he was told heede Level II quotes enabled? That must apply to me also as I have only smth. called Level 1.5. Thanks!

Hello tradergino,
The eSignal Level II requirement is not related to your situation.
Unfortunately it is as expected you will not display historical data in charts when connected to MBTrading. Historical data is not supported as per the link below.
However, you should be able to receive real-time data in the chart.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
