    Serious problems with MBTrading

    Hello !
    I have a NT full license and the past week I have created a live demo account with MBTrading. I have started testing it on Sunday night for the Sydney FX opening. I have had some disconnects, but now, I cannot connect more.

    The Ninja log says Connected to the order, quote and perm servers, but the NT status bar says 'Connecting - MBTrading', and I cannot disconnect, nor receive data. When connecting, the MBT small window says 'Trading temporatily unavailable for account ...'.

    If I close NT and open MBTN, then I start NT again and Connect to MBT, the MBTN says 'Login failed'.

    I have had also some problems with the synchorization between NT and MBT Navigator (the version 11.2.0.2 as suggested in http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_MB.htm). There are normal these MBTrading connections problems? I have restarted the machine, and the problem continues.

    Also, I have the MBT e-mail with the user and password for test the Forex, but now the MBTN says something as Forex trading unavailable for this account (!!!??).

    Hello Jonas,

    I suggest to recreate the MBTrading demo connection in NinjaTrader. Please go to Tools-->Account Connections, highlight the connection and click Remove. Create a new connection as per the instructions at the link below.


    Check if you can connect.

      This is a message provided natively from your broker. Please contact your broker why your (demo) account was not available for trading.

        I have had similar problems with MB Trading's Demo accounts. I have not had any issues you speak of with my live MB Trading account, just to verify.

          I have removed the connection and created again. I cannot connect, the same error. I will speak with the MBT people.

            you may just want to make a new demo account and try that one.

            This is probably what they will tell you to do either way.

              Hi !!
              I have created a new account and they have sended to me the same usr/pwd. I have created another account with other e-mail and now I can connect !

              PS: I have also contacted them telling the problem.
