HELP, I have no charts but am connected to my Esignal data feed

I have no charts yet I'm connected to my eSignal feed. I'm a power eSignal user and my charts are fine on Esignal...I removed the data in the level II host field on the Connection Manager but that shouldn't stop me from getting charts?!?! What the heck is going on.. can someone please help me.

Hi, I too have an issue connecting to Esignal. I have a green market connection - ie; all good, I am receiving charts in Esignal, but no charts in Ninja Trading.
Previously I have linked NT to my account in IB and managed to (sporadically) get charts showing from the IB feed.
when I click on an instrument in the market analyser that is linked to the charts i wish to populate, a 30min and a daily bar chart, a small dialog box comes up and says the symbol code, and abort. Then it disappears and for a millisecond another box appears saying saving, then this disappears and then nothing.

Scrap that.....closed everything down and reloaded. Some charts now come up.
BUT....now my market analyser seems only to have prices in some instruments. They are all currently open, and some prices appear, but only about 1/3 of the 40 i require.

Hello Adina,

Please try the following. Restart NinjaTrader and close all windows except the Control Center. Connect to eSignal and create a brand new chart via File-->New-->Chart.

Check if the requested data will be displayed in the chart.

If not, please tell me what instrument and interval you selected in the chart.

Hi Jason, the charts seem to be ok now, but some of the feeds for the market analyser are not coming through.
they are just blank.

1....Yes. I can see charts being populated in Esignal and pay the exchange fees.
2....the only columns i have are the bid, ask, last. All three are blank for about 2/3rds of the instruments.
It seems a random selection as well.

What happens if you close the current Market Analyzer window and open up a brand new one?

Do you receive data when you select the instrument in the Control Panel?

In addition, how exactly do you add the instruments in the Market Analyzer; do you open an instrument list or do you add the instruments one by one?
