    Hi Laredo,

    I'm note quite sure what you are trying to say here, however any instrument NOT open and receiving data will not cause any use of performance resources.

      I put a june es contract on my instruments menu drop down.

      I use it for a month.

      Then i move it off the menu and replace it with july.

      Was the data on the june charts that I used for a months still store on teh platform ,even those its off the active list.

        Yes, this data will be retained regardless of whether or not the instrument is present in your default list.

            Hello laredo,

            You can delete historical data via Tools-->Historical Data-->Delete.
