It is 7:28 PST and can't connect to NT

Hi,
I can't connect to NT this morning. I am able to connect to the internet, please check what is going on with NT this morning. I see others are having problems connecting also.

Hello Rachel,

Please try recreating the connection via Tools-->Account Connections. Connection guides can be found at the link below.

Manually type in the connection information and check if the issue persists.

If so, please check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software, that could be blocking the connection.
If the issue remains, please send me your connection information, so I can create and test your connection on my end.
