    Unable to connect - esignal

    When I try to connect ninja trader via esignal market feel i get the pop up box "Login Failed - Unable to connect to level2 host.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for the post.

    This occurs when your eSignal account is not entitled for level 2 (market depth) data. You must change your eSignal account connection in NinjaTrader by performing the following steps.

    * From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Account Connections
    * Select your eSignal connection and press the "Change" button
    * Press the "Next" button several times until you reach the screen wich holds your eSignal account information
    * Remove all text from the field "Level II server host" so that it is blank
    * Press the "Next" button and then the "Finish" button
    * Restart NinjaTrader and connect to your eSignal account
