No DynamicSuperDOM for futures?

I stumbled over this yesterday when I was switching symbols on a setup I have (Linked windows) with the Direct edition of NT.

Is there a reason for this? I mean "direct edition" would be one, but it says so nowhere, and the error message (not supported for futures) does not indicate a licensing issue.

It worked fine on sim, and it works actually very nicely when I start up my whole setup - the template were created before replacing the license number.

So, this error message leaves me a little - stuck in nowhere

The Direct Edition license have limited functionality. I recommend purchasing a full license to trade.

When you trade live with a full license you can usually switch between Dynamic and Static DOM's if you request it vai Help>Mail to Support.

Please forward that to development. A change in the error message would have helped here. If it says "due to licending restrictions" I would never have asked. But it does / did not indicate so.... which... well.... leaves one wonder.
