Barchart.com not updating

Hi there, I've read through the other threads with similar problems, tried all the suggestions and still my equity data won't update on any of my PC's.
I made sure the symbol was capitalized, I closed down all workspaces and started from scratch and still nothing.
When barchart sent me a link to test the connection through internet explorer the data flowed but it doesn't flow in Ninja. It'll backfill but no real-time streaming.
Any ideas?

Right now I'm trying it on on TLT but none of my equities are working. THey signed in as me at barchart and it worked fine for them.
