Patsystems connection problem

I have one notebook and one desktop on my notebook connection work on my PC no. but one day ago worked.
in the same PC esignal work perfectly also simulted data feed ect .
I tried to uninstall ninja uninstall .net framework and reinstall all
but it's the same the problem is between connection from desktop and Patsystems only .
how works connection between ninja and Patsystems ? maybe one program block this but don't tell me about firewall ect because I don't have . thanks
