charts of a stock that split not updating

Today FAZ split 1:5 or something like that. My TD Ameritrade software charts it by retroactively adjusting prices, so that historical prices show at the new 1:5 ratio. So yesterday's charts prices is pretty close to today's price. Yet NT 6.5 does not. Is there a way to fix this?

trader_rick1234, have you tried downloading a new set of historical data from TDA after the split?

Well I right clicked on chart and requested a reload of historical data.

Am I supposed to enable splits in the >Options>Data section? And also define the split date in the instruments manager? It looks like TDA already adjusts the historical data (based on their charts), but I guess not since it's not reloading into NT 6.5.

After this process please reopen your FAZ chart.

Ok, it did not work. Yahoo btw, does not show adjusted data, so maybe that's why.

I believe this is due to the split occurred today, so it might take a bit to work this into their offered data.

Would I need to connect to Yahoo regardless of which data provider I use? It seems kind of strange to have to use Yahoo. Anyway ty so much for your help. Yeah I was thinking it might be till the end of day for Yahoo to adjust data. I dunno.

Yes, just connect to it to download the split data to the local database. Please recheck this tomorrow or early next week to see if the changes are worked in.
