Cancel StopLimit Order in DOM

Hi,

I had a problem with NT DOM canceling the StopLmt order this morning. I had to exit and re-launch NT DOM to cancel the pending SLM order. Is this a known issue?

I trade with Zenfire feed live with NT StaticDOM.
