IB feed CAC40

Hi,

Ninja is working smoothly with IB.
But I can not open a chart (stays blank) for de French Index CAC 40 (07-09).
I use CAC40 07-09 as symbol in Ninja.
any suggestions?

Jab, please make sure you use the CAC40 with the MONEP exchange. To change this go to Tools > Instrument Manager and remove the CAC40 symbol present from the left default list with the > button. Then find the CAC40 master symbol in the middle list and click on edit...under exchanges put a checkmark before the MONEP exchange. Then add the CAC40 symbol with this exchange and the 07-09 expiry to the default list with the < button. This should then give you the data access.
