Chart won't load

After starting up Ninja Trader and connecting to Zen Fire, I get the dialog box telling me it is loading data for my chart. A second dialog box then appears which says please wait... saving data. This dialog box remains on screen and the chart does not load as it normally does. Any suggestions for resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved. I found the solution in another thread... thanks RJStein. I renamed the .mdb file and that solved the problem.
