Out of Synch

I have a situation where my live account is flat... however, NT *thinks* my live strategy is in a position. However... the position is not evident in NT on any tab. I don't know if it thinks its short or long. I've told NT to flatten all postions, cancel all orders, etc. But it still thinks the strategy is in a position and is updating the Unrealized value.

How can I get them in Synch again?
