Connection to IB not working

    Connection to IB not working

    My Ninja Trader Chart is dead I use it with IB. It stopped working on 6/26. I uninstalled Ninja Trader and reinstalled latest version. However the connection between Ninja and IB appears to be working as the Control Center is lit up green indicating it is connected. I also get a connection pop up window from IB when I connect from Ninja Trader to IB. But I can not get the chart to work with ES or other futures. Not sure what the problem is I have been using Ninja with IB with no problems till now.

    Hello bogey113,

    Can you please tell me what instrument you have selected in the chart. Make sure it uses a valid expiry; 09-09.

    You can find rollover instructions at the link below.


    If you have an instrument selected with a valid expiry, please right click in the chart and select 'Format Data Series'. Ensure the current date is entered next to 'Last date'.
