Install problem

When I input the registration code from the email, i get a pop saying invalid registration code. I've cut and pasted and typed in by hand so i don't think I'm making a syntax error. Anyone? Help.

There must be a problem with copy&paste where you inadvertently pasted not the correct string.

OK. I actually downloaded the SIM as I read that you must do that first then add you standard edition key to upgrade it. But for the life of me, i can't figure out where to add that key.

Please try Help->License key and enter it there.
