Chart Trader entry showing 0.00 and target or stop showing blank

Dear Support Team,

I found at times, on the chart Entry is showing $0.00 but chart trader column showing correctly. When one click on chart to move target or stop, it is showing blank.

I also encounter at one time, a big number being shown rathen than blank.

I am using 1000.11
How do I resolve this ?

Edward, thanks for the post - I believe this can happen on trading forex if you enter a incorrect position quantity - what did you enter?

I was trading ES or TF E-mini. Typically no position at the beginning. I do not know where to enter position. I thought ninja gets it from the connection. In this case IB.

Edward, thanks for the reply. The quantity would be set directly in the ChartTrader panel when entering the trade. Please try deleting your workspaces from the MyDocuments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > workspaces folder and then retry this. Thanks!

Hello Bertrand,
I just close my chart and open a replacement. It seems to have resolved it. Not sure, thought that one was working fine earlier.
So the method you suggested will make it functioning well all the time ?

Hi Edward, it should help in case your workspaces became corrupted. If it works now well for you - great!
