Stop loss to trail targets

Hi guys, need some direction. I'm trying to set up a strategy that auto matically sets my stop loss to my target once its hit.
Set up is this:
3 contracts -
Profit target 1 - 2 points
Profit target 2 - 5 points
Profit target 3 - 10 points

Stop loss on all 3 is 6 points.
So when my 1st target is hit, I want all stop losses to be moved to my entry. When 2nd is hit, I want all stop losses moved to 1st target....
I'm not very familiar with Ninja Script, is there a way I can do this without setting up code, or is it manual only?

Thanks Ben, is their a way to have the stops auto adjust once the first target is filled and not just the price level being hit?

Adam, unfortunately not, this would need custom coding.
