Is it posible to backtest a single strategy on more than one stock (say a basket of five). What method could be used to approximate the result of having one stratgy running on multiple stocks.

Thank you for your post.

It is possible to backtest multiple instruments on the same strategy at the same time. You can do this by right clicking on an instrument LIST name and choosing backtest.

Unfortunately having a "basket" backtest is not supported in NinjaTrader 6.5, however will be in NinjaTrader 7.
