Unable to purchase TT credits

I am having continual problems purchasing Transaction credits through the NT page. This isn't a one off thing. It seems to never work outside of US business hours

After clicking on the "PayPal" buy now button on the NT website I get a error,

"HTTP 404 Not found"

Very frustrating.

I tested the button on my end, but it worked as expected.

Can you please clear your browser cache and try once more. Try a different internet browser as well and check if this will make a difference.

In addition, make sure to enter a valid license as well.

Nope, tried all that on three different computers. And triple checked the lic #. Still no luck

I am not sure why the button directs you 'HTTP 404 not found' . I have tested it here and it works as expected.

When you cleared your browser's cache, did you delete everything (Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History, etc)?

If the issue occurs with I.E., it is reasonable to try it using a different browser.

In addition, please send me the license that you enter to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, reference this thread and put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header.
