constant disconnects - what is the reason?

@GerTrader: What Ethernet-Adapter+Router do you have,
and do have a copy of X_TRADER also (using the same IP?)?
TT Connections are more sensitive than ZF, the Ethernet-
Setups must be "hard"-ajusted to deal with that (trading
from Europe), results also in a little performance push
(which can be negated because lightspeed limits connections
to US unfortunately ).

We are using "Kabel Deutschland" (32 Mbit/s), a FritzBox as Router and a Standard onBoard Ethernet-Adapter at the PC. No, we are not running X_TRADER.
Beside the regular disconnects @11:00 and @23:35 which are obviously not due to the internet connection, we had no other connection losts the last week (only the week before the last).
But anyway, can you tell me what do you mean by "hard"-adjusting the internet connection?
