extracting trace & log files

Does anyone know how to extract the trace and log files from NT so they can be zipped and sent via ordinary email to support?

When I use Help/Mail to Support to zip the files the system simply hangs up. TExt and attachments will get through the mail-to-support email system, but not the zipped files.

Alternatively, is there some way to specify only limited trace & log files, reducing the burden on the system, since it seems as though it is zipping the entire history.

Thank you for your post.

What you can do is go to the trace, log folders, right click on them and select Send To --> Compressed (zip) Folder.

Then try attaching these .zip folders.

The trace and log FOLDERS are located in the following locations on your PC:
Trace File: \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\trace
Log File: \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\log
