wont load historical data

I recently purchased historical data from disctrader and I imported it and it says that it was imported successfully. It was tick data that I purchased. However, when I make a new chart calling on the historical data, it just stays black. No data loads. What could be the problem?

I got it working now, it appears I was not giving it enough time to load. thank you for the prompt response though.
