I am using Barchart for live data with no apparent problems. However on start up I get message unable to load historical data -problem at server - hence no historical data from period my computer was off. What do I do? Thanks.

I suggest to reboot your PC and check again. If the error persists, contact BarChart and check if all is fine with their server.
If so and the issue remains, please send me your BarChart login credentials, so I can create and test your connection on my end. Please send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and reference this forum thread.
