Account field blank

I installed the newest NT this morning and am now having an interesting problem.
The Account drop down list on all of my trading areas (DOM/Chart Trader) are showing blank. Never had that happen before.

I am also getting an occasional error saying that NT is having a problem and must be shut down. After that, the Account is gone.

If I make a new chart or DOM window, it is fine then until the next error. I've cold booted, deleted the workspace, repaired the database, and checked for Log errors. No luck.

Suggestions/Ideas?
