Move price bar one at a time

Currently my mouse scroll wheel, moves three price bars at one wheel click. How can I have it one bar revealed per scroll wheel click ?

Useful for manual trade setup tests

Hello Kyle,
I would appreciate if that could be incorporated into chart properties. It is very useful for manually testing trade setup. It is not realtime price like market replay but provide exact bar appearance control. On the same subject the market replay player can be improved to provide this control rather than just speed control. A "reveal next bar" button will be very useful.
