Credits not update in my NT account

Hello,

It's been more than one hour after buying the credits for my StaticDOM but still I can't get the credits in my NT account.

I even bought it another time hoping that it may get it activated. I have restarted my NT and PC for more than 10 times since then. I just can't trade with the DOM and miss the best moment for the market.

What else can I do if I happen to have this problem again? I recall I had this issue some time ago.

Could you also make it possible in NT7 to let me use the DynamicDOM in case I need/want to?

Thanks Bertrand. It worked after 1.5 hours. Does emailing to the sales at NT dot com the only way to solve this issue? I trade at the Asian session so there may not be support at that period.

You can try sending a note to support as well. Put in the subject 'For Vince'. I can take a look as well and I'm usually online before the sales team is.
