Print() -> 115.375000, yet MA shows this format: 115'120. How does one arrive at the 'MA' version? What is the terminology for reading a number like -> 115'120 ?

Interest Rate Products ie: ZN, ZB tick size question...
Doing this -> Print(GetCurrentBid().ToString()); or (Ask) on any of the Bonds, or Notes, yields a different number than what the MA shows. For example:
Print() -> 115.375000, yet MA shows this format: 115'120. How does one arrive at the 'MA' version? What is the terminology for reading a number like -> 115'120 ?Tags: None
