b) Please contact NinjaTrader_Josh for logs and traces. Also, if I were to report every time the application hang or crashed I'd have to quit my trading career and start drawing a salary from NT. I'm not exaggerating, I often have to restart NT several times a day.
c) Mis-communication is still an issue - the latest being: 1. missed communication dates in July, 2. conflicting messages on project status as noted above. At the same time I'm getting weekly promotional write-ups from you on various partners and what not.
d) On-going neglect is still an issue - you are now 2 versions and 8 months behind on the IQFeed data client for example. NT7 when finally released will be beta and therefore you have an obligation to continue and maintain and update the current live version. That obviously does not mean new features, but it means making sure your software continues to work as it should.
e) I am happy to help with making sure NT7 does not suffer from the same issues 6.5 does. The only way I'm going to take part in that though is through having a version installed on my machine, loading my own workspace, connecting to my own feeds. Let me know if you're interested.
