NT7 Release questions

I see that the new ninjatrader does not solve the exchange time and pc time sync problem. It only let the user choose the time zone per strategy, but I think this must be done with the appropiate exchange and pc time syncronization.
Its very dissapointing

The difference this time is...

- We are forecasting based on being nearly 100% complete with feature implementation so what is left is some more peformance profiling, testing and bug resolution
- The end of September is not a hard date, we hope to deliver prior to that but what I will do is provide updates every two weeks as to our status and adjust the target date if needed

That's good news... with regards to testing, please make sure that you do specifically test constant volume and range bars in terms of real-time performance, to optimize them as much as possible... thanks!

Looking at the adapter details, I noticed no mention of ProSpreads. Are they being dropped from the Ninja Supported List of Brokers?

Yes. We will continue support for existing clients in NinjaTrader 6.5 based on the functionality that currently exists. At this time, we have made a decision to discontinue support since it's not economically viable for us to do so.

I am confused could you clarify as first you say you will support existing clients and then that you will discontinue support. As I purchased a lifetime license for FuturesBetting, on the understanding that this would obviously be supported I am naturally concerned.

Sorry for the confusion, it means that NT 6.5 technology will continue to be able to connect to Futures Betting in it's current form. Any issues will not be resolved. NT7 will not allow you to connect to their servers. There are many reasons for this, some outside of our control. Please send a note to sales and reference "Futures Betting Atten: Ray" and I can outline a few options for you.

Indicator with 2 different symbol inputs

Does NT have the capability of basing an indicator off of two different sysmbols. For example. Lets say I have indicator "X" (which will Plot a line) that is based on the eminidow chart. However, incorporated in indicator "X" I am grabing the price of the SPY "Y" and doing a calculation that is used in indicator "X".

Can I do this? If so, where do I get guidance to grab the price of SPY when calculating "X"?

This will be supported in NinjaTrader 7. Its is not currently supported in any prior NT version.

There are no modications currently planned in the DOM in NT7. We do have tentative plans post NT7 but nothing concrete.

I saw no mention of Gain Capital or Forex.com is support for that "free" Ninja trading relationship going to continue?
