Hello ssg10,
I am glad to hear you got it working correctly. The currency needs to match the parameters set up by the exchange in order to receive data.Christopher J.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Yes, K200/KSE is entered in the Misc tab.Originally posted by NinjaTrader_ChristopherJ View Postyeahyeah,
Can you please confirm you have input the following information within the Misc. tab next to IB mapping: K200|KSE
Also please confirm you have input the following information within the Definitions tab: Master instrument: KS200
Are there any errors within the Log tab of the Control Center?
Yes, Master instrument is input as KS200.

All the parametres in NT are entered correctly, except the vertical slash for K200/KSE.Originally posted by ssg10 View PostI got mine working after figuring out that i have to use korean won, not us dollar. What's the logic behind this that prevents it from getting data? I am not sur.
Could a forward slash prevent the data from being loaded?

If you don't know how to enter that character, just copy and paste it.

IB YG data issue
Dont seem to be able to get data for my YG instrument. Keep getting message "error in requesting historical data from IB:No security definition has been found for the request."
Yet I have live data in my IB TWS software for the YG Aug contract.
Also have YG in Instrument Manager set up with the same Symbol, instrument type, tick size, currency, point value, exchange and have been choosing the same Aug contract as in my TWS software.
Disconnecting, exiting and restarting computer doesn't change anything.
Any ideas?

Hello MrHope,
Can you please click the Misc-tab and check what symbol map is entered next to 'Interactive Brokers'.
Do you receive real-time data for the YG?
Try the following. Remove the YG from your instrument list in the Instrument Manager.
Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.
Add the YG back to your list and check if the issue persists.

Have YG in the symbol map beside Interactive Brokers and yes in my IB TWS I receive real-time data for YG.
Also followed your instructions below, but the problem still persists.
(Noticed that the NT default setting for the YB Future has the exchange as ECbot, where as the IB TWS has the exchange as Liffe. So I changed the Instrument Manager setup for YG to reflect my IB TWS data feed ie. having the exchange also as Liffe)
