Login failed

Hi,

I'm a new NT user and I just submit for the demo using zenfire but I cannot get it to work.

I followed every step described in the website but when I try to connect I get the following error message :

"Login Failed. Please Check Your Internet Connection or Account Settings"

I'm pretty sure I entered the login/password correctly...I removed and add a new account connection several times but no change.

I'm kinda lost. May someone help ?

Thank you for your post.

In most cases, your username and password are being entered incorrectly. Make sure there are not spaces before or after the username and password by manually entering these instead of copying and pasting.

Also, the Zen-Fire data feed requires your PC clock to be in sync. Please try shutting down NinjaTrader and syncing your PC clock by right clicking on it in the windows task pane.
