    Cannot Connect Zenfire

    Hey everyone,

    I have tried connecting to a zenfire demo a bunch of times. I keep getting the same error that says Login failed: Pleaes check your account connectin parameters and your internet connection.

    According to zenfire they are saying its probably a mispelled username of password. I have tried at least 20 times manually typing it and making sure there is NO spaces, yet I still cannot connect. I even turned off my firewall and made sure im directly conncted to my cable modem.

    ANy help?

    Hi,

    This message normally comes up when you try to connect to an expired Zen-Fire Demo account. Can you please contact your broker again and have them confirm your Demo hasn't expired. If it hasn't, please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. Also put in the subject 'For Vince'. Thx

      This is a demo account that was set up 30 min ago. There is no way it has expired.

          Check your firewall settings, disable them and then try to connect again. If that doesn't work please provide me your login credentials as mentioned earlier.

                Same problem here .... brand new demo with zen-fire .... but I can't connect .
                Probably is a problem at their side.... anyone solved this somehow?

                  Hi,

                  Was not able to connect to both accounts on my end after testing. What I suggested was to contact your broker and have them confirm your credentials are valid and active. It could be your Demo hasn't been activated yet.
