licensing error

Hello,
I installed Ninja with the username, password and license key sent by mirus but everytime I try to connect I get an error message "login failed, please check your accaount connection parameters and your internet connection. Internet connection is ok. Can somebody help ? Thank you

joker23, please recheck the entered username and password under Tools > Account Connections > Your ZenFire connection and ensure no extra characters or spaces have slipped in. We often advise to enter the info manually for this reason. Then recheck if you can connect.

Thanks for replying - unfortunately would still need to check with the broker who issued you these logins, as they also do not work properly on my end.
