Thank you for your post.

Please open your IB TWS and after opened connect to IB within NinjaTrader. Once you disconnect within NinjaTrader your TWS will not close.

No, you don't have to keep NinjaTrader closed.

Please be sure to open your IB TWS prior to connecting to IB within NinjaTrader to avoid the TWS from closing when disconnecting within NinjaTrader.

I'm not sure if you guys are on the same page.

badbart, I think your question is how to disable the daily "auto exit" within TWS... correct?

As far as I know, you can't disable it. Others have setup a macros to automatically "cancel" the auto-exit, but it still pops up once a day.

Macros Express Pro is a tool I use for similar macros.
