Chart space to right of y axis

Is there anyway to take up the slack" on the right side of the chart just after the number values on the right?

Not the right margin within the chart but beyond the chart.

The space at the bottom, below the time on the x-axis is minimal.

Can we do that on the vertical?

Need more screen real estate so every little bit it helps.
