Specific Instructions for Proper Data Rollover?

Please post the clear and correct instructions to merge contracts into the new contract without losing old data.

Hello JCook,

The method for merging contracts is from the Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data-->Merge

Once you select that you will get a pop up to define the data you wish to merge.
*In the From field select the previous expiry contract, so in this instance you would choose XX 06-09.
*Then set the date range
*In the Into Field select the most current contract.
*Hit OK.

Can you please tell me who your data provider is and which contract you are trying to merge? Also when trying to merge the data do you receive an error?
