Wow, that's just ridiculous.
I always thought that Sierra's charts were lame...and now it seems their "support" staff is as well.
I'm eternally thankful for the platform, support team and community at Ninja: The best I've seen in 15 years in the business.

I second that, Ninja support is the best I have come across and I don't mean just in the trading platform business. I never have to wait more than a few hours at most for a response to any query. Top stuff really, keep up the good work guys.
