Buying retracements with wizard strategy

Hi Everyone

I am trying to develop an idea using the wizard that will buy
10 ticks below current close when certain other criteria are met

In the strategy action, Enter long position by a limit order
Using the close offset by -10 ticks does not seem to generate
any trades, Is there a preferred method of accomplishing this.
