No data from a new account with PATS

I just set up a new patsystems account and I can see my account, but just no data comes out from all instruments.

P.S. I've emailed some more information to the support at NT.

Thanks pipal, responded to the email already. Please check with the PATS icon in the Instrument Manager which instruments you're enabled for, then recheck those in the Control Center market display section.

Hello Bertrand,

I've gone thru all you suggested but still I can't load daily data which is supposed to be available even the market closed.

Any other possible reasons for this? It seems quite likely that there wouldn't be data even when the market is open.

pipal, did you check if the HSI is enabled for your PATS account in the Instrument Manager? Have you tried other symbols?

Yes, it's enabled under the Broker Authorized Symbol. I've tried some other contracts under the list.
